We got a great value deal from Treatwell. We had full entry to the spa with robes and towels, a treatment and unexpectedly also got sparkling cream tea included. I have been to Craxton Would before and would certainly go again, great value, friendly staff, treatments are fab and the facilities as you would expect of a quality spa.
We stayed for one night with the indulgent spa package. The spa is beautiful, all the facilities were fab and very well kept. The only small negative is that there is no jacuzzi which was unusual.
Dinner in the hotel was very nice and although we had dinner included with our package you could also opt to take it as an allowance towards the main a la carte menu, which we thought was nice option to have.
Cocktails in the bar were good but not very well stocked as they didn't have a lot of the ingredients or popular spirits.
Overall a fabulous spa and a very relaxing stay, we will definitely be back.
Very disappointed with the day. Staff not very engaging especially the receptionist.
Massage very average had a lot better. Swimming pool full of children and the relaxation room was a joke people coming and going all the time and door banging. food very expensive and very little of it. as this was a treat for my daughter it was extremely disappointing. will never visit this venue again
Absolutely lovely. I bought this for my boyfriends birthday and we enjoyed every minute of it. All of the staff were lovely start to finish. The massage was v relaxing and the rest of the facilities were beautiful and clean especially the pool and relaxation room.
