Staff were lovely, handed out some free prosecco and were extremely helpful with anything else. Experience was wonderfully relaxing and the food was gorgeous!
We had a great day, the spa was lovely and had very good facilities- there was a slight problem with a booking which put abit of a downer on the start of the day however this was rectified and compensated for, staff could have been more skilled though when dealing with the issue initially, felt they lacked slightly in the customer service, with how the issue was addressed initially. But overall a very good day and we would all return
Amazing! Will definitely be heading back. Facilities were amazing, staff couldn't be any more helpful, lovely mud treatment which you can do yourselves. Didn't want to go home!! Will be back soon :-)
From the moment we walked into the spa we felt very welcomed. Unfortunately we didnt get our couples massage because a lady phoned in sick so we did have to have seperate massage times however they were very sorry for this and made the rest of our day run smoothly. The massage was incredible, the best ive ever had ! And the facilities were clean and modern. Its a big place so even when its busy you arent tripping over other clients and queuing to use things. I loved every moment of our spa weekend and ive even enquired about joining the health club permanently! 5 stars!!
