I had a massage and a facial which were both fantastic, and the facilities were great. I also had a pedicure booked, which unfortunately was cancelled due to staff sickness. Whilst I understand that these things can happen (staff sickness) what frustrated me, is that the staff did not inform me it was cancelled. After my treatments I waited in the main waiting area to be collected for my pedicure, and after sitting there for some time, I inquired at the front desk to be casually told it was cancelled, with no alternatives offered. To me this demonstrated a complete lack of consideration for the customer experience.
A beautiful relaxing day, in gorgeous surroundings! The only problem was that the time of my massage had changed without anyone telling me, meaning I only got 20mins instead of 30mins! However I would 100% visit again!
