Reception staff were lovely! Can't fault the hotel, it's the booking Agent I have the problem with as they never told hotel we were coming
I booked a 1 night stay with spa treatments through lastmin.com , the package was fantastic value with evening meal included ( 2 course ) and a spa treatment for both myself and partner. The spa was incredible ! then came the treatments , I managed to book the double room with the deep tissue massage for us both - I could not find fault if I tried ! friendly and experienced staff with fantastic surroundings .
The only downside to the visit were the prices in the bar- £4.50 for a can of Guiness ( not on tap ) / £7.00 for a medium glass of Wine - Yikes !!!
Overall though fantastic !
Unfortunately they forgot that I had a treatment booked until so reminded them. The soup was cold as it took so long to come. Most people thought the delay in getting food was a problem as you were due treatments and were stressed that food was then rushed.
Excellent customer service from the minute we got there both in hotel and spa mentioned it was my friends birthday and when we got back to room there was a bottle of prosseco and a bowl of fruit says it all really . Only comment I would make is that spa did not have jacuzzi but my friend and I have a wonderful day and evening will be going back
