Pretty good value for money all round. Hotel accommodation was better than expected in some respects. Spa was exceptionally busy and wasn't particularly relaxing due to the amount of large groups of hen/ birthday celebrations all booked in at the same time. Spa staff kept piling guests into the "Relaxation Room" post- treatments but it only has 8 beds and at one point I counted 13 people sharing beds/ lying down/ stood in there chatting ) Maybe this is more of an issue on a Saturday.
We had a lovely relaxing day, treatments were very professional and thorough. Brilliant offer, all I can say is that the instruction when we first arrived wasnt great, we got there before we could check in and weren't told we could use all of the facilities, therefore we did not have our swimming stuff out of the car. Other than that it was great. Only negative was we ordered some food which was just wraps and salad and the wrap was very poor and hardly had any filling in it.
