We booked this as a last minute spa day and was very impressed - for the quality of what we to for for the price! The spa facilities were clean and were exactly what we wanted. The treatment (55min full body massage) was amazing- 1000% recommend this treatment. We didn’t have food included in our package but we bought something from the spa cafe and it was nice. Staff were very helpful! Check availability for treatment before booking - we had an issue but they soon fit us in!!

A lovely way to relax and unwind. Personal treatments were very good and very professional. The staff were helpful, friendly and very experienced.

I spent a Spa day at Craxton Wood with my daughter and can honestly say we were really impressed with everything. The treatments were first class and staff were very pleasant and helpful. I have been on similar Spa days which have been double the price so it was very good value. I cannot praise the day enough. Please keep up the good work. I will definitely be booking a similar day in the future.

No strawberries in the room when we arrived and the carpet was full of bit and didn’t look like it have be vacuumed
