Food was terrible. Couldn't tell difference between staff and customers due to their lack of uniform and professionalism at a spa
Spa was lovely but trying to get a coffee at reception was a problem when know ones around
Very friendly staff on arrival making us feel welcome. The treatments were lovely - I felt like a new woman!!
Spa facilities were excellent and everything was clean and tidy. We came on a very hot day though, so I would have appreciated a cooler pool...but that’s just my own preference!
The changing rooms were very shabby with mold in the showers.and desperately need a lick of paint and updating There were no single changing rooms which was bad the towels were extremely small hair towels the spa area was also in need of a scrubbing brush and again looked old and shabby. The food and restaurant however were wonderful. The staff were your best assets they were fantastic with the treatments and service I would not use the spa again but would definitely come back to eat at the hotel
