The spa day was amazing we all had a lovely time
Spa treatments and staff were so helpful and we all felt relaxed after our day there

Loved the Tudor setting and the manor itself which was owned by Henry VIII. The pool and terrace are lovely, but the surrounding pool area could be cleaner. Treatments and staff are amazing, as are all of the staff who make you so welcome. Even the gardener spoke to us on arrival. Lunch was lovely. Friendly place and definitely worth a visit. The staff are a strength answering my questions about the history of the place, moving for photos and the spa staff are so good at their jobs! My daughter came too and loved it. Thank you - a wonderful day - feeling thoroughly spoiled and relaxed.
It was my 2nd visit & it was as enjoyable as the 1st one. The only slight complaint is the loungers. They were a bit dirty, I guess due to guests using the pool etc, leaving them wet unable for others to use unless they’d used pool. It was like a hotel holiday where loungers couldn’t be reserved with towels, but they were & no effort to remove them, despite notices advising. It won’t put me off visiting again, but I’d like to see leaving towels on Loungers being removed, there were plenty of us in the same boat, we could have used them as they were unoccupied whilst people were having their treatments
The spa was very dated and small, not somewhere you would want to spend too much time.
The treatments where nice although the room was very light and not relaxing.
We had lunch in the restaurant which was lovely.
I wouldn’t recommend this spa for a relaxing day but if you just want a couple of treatments and lunch it’s ok.
We had a lovely day at the Manor House, the older man serving at the bar was very friendly and approachable as well as my spa therapist and girl in spa reception. So sorry I didn’t catch their names.
Staff, treatments and spa cleanliness I couldn’t fault. The only constructive feedback I can give would be regarding the lunch menu, it could be so much more in terms of what dishes are offered. However we did enjoy what we ordered it isn’t a negative comment.
