Everything was just as expected.
Not as busy as it has been, but the first time I have been since the extension has been put on, also it was very warm and lots of people were outside.
It’s was great from start to finish and all the staff were amazing and so friendly, will be definitely visiting again.
Relaxing experience
Staff were great
Only down we waited a long time to have our lunch
The treatments were lovely but I would have liked some better music, which just seemed to be very repetitive.
The bed was getting to the point where it could need replacing, the head hole had sign of wear.
The staff were very professional and friendly enough.
