Bought for wife as birthday present, very disappointed with her feedback, she said ladies at reception very nice, but treatment staff where not friendly or approachable, did not introduce themselves, the facilties where very dated, and not clean, no drinks allowed in the spa, as this was her birthday she was hoping for a glass of presseco as she relaxed, I was very annoyed to find this did not happen, she said the towels her and her friend laid on where dirty with makeup from the previous customers, she left the spa and sat in the silent bar, I mean it was so shocking she left after only a couple of hours, and I came to pick her up, forget recommending this dive, I would be shocked if it's not closed down by public health by the sounds of it. And probably the worst part is, I'm taking the time to give you feedback and judging by the feedback you have already received online, you will probably ignore this one like you have ignored them. Clean it up!! It was her 24th birthday for Gods sake!!!
We had a brilliant time on our spa day. The massage was fantastic, couldn't fault a single thing from the entire day. definitely do it again soon
This was a pleasant location for a spa day. The facilities are not the largest but it is a nice environment in which to relax. The afternoon tea was a really good size. The treatments were good and the therapists were lovely. A few Little extra luxuries might have been nice-slippers are not included with towels and robes for hire, but you need something on your feet to go up and down the stairs to the swimming pool. I was surprised that there was no shower gel or body wash in the shower cubicles. There were dispensers but they were all empty.
