We booked a spa day with treatments for my self and my partner to spend a little bit of quality time together but when we arrived we where told our treatments would be done seperatly so my self and my partner ended up spending almost 2 hours apart instead. The food voucher we had was only for a lunch menus and again we where not told this in advance that we could not use these on an evening meal.

Altogether a lovely experience.I would say the decor is a little tired when you look around the walls in the spa. The staff are lovely and the therapists are good. My facial was a little different this time but I guess it's a slight variation between people. After saying that it was still lovely. Really good value. We're becoming regulars...
Lovely stay and spa at this hotel. Will definitely return. The lady in the nail bar was so lovely and the girl who did mine and my daughters treatments was lovely too. Sorry I didn’t remember the names.

The spa is quite dated and grubby looking. However the treatments were lovely, had a facial and back massage. Food was delicious, we both had carbonara. Wouldn’t go back for a spa day but would for treatments and food
