Disappointed it has gone back since last time I was there. There was glass on the floor in resteraunt there was food left on tables for an hour off other guests. The room where the pool was in was dark wires above the Jacuzzi was hanging out the steam room was dirty. The treatment rooms were lovely as were the girls giving treatment. Food was mediocre. Would rather pay extra to go elsewhere to feel pampered...

The Spa is in a lovely setting and feels like a different world. The treatments were lovely, the food amazing and all the staff lovely. Drilling on the conservatory at the end of my visit was a little bit frustrating, but work has to be done! A bed or two by the pool would also be good on hot days, as the conservatory was sweltering. Thank you so much for a lovely day and the above points are me being honest but picky.

I visited the Manor House hotel with my daughter as a present for her 16th birthday and my word we were impressed! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic and the spa was unbelievable! The therapists were so lovely and put us both at ease, offering a good variety of treatments at very reasonable prices. The whole place was clean and tidy. Our room was stunning and the views around the hotel are gorgeous. All in all it was an outstanding few days away that we both thoroughly enjoyed and were very sad to leave. We will definitely be back!
The treatments we had were a body polish and a prescription facial- highly recommend!!
