I had shoulder and back massages and was great so can't comment on the other treatments would go back again

Lovely hotel and lunch was super I think a little attention to detail is required having been to other spa hotels
The showerhead was leaking badly ,the spa rooms didn’t have much atmsphere.. ie darkened and candles ,oils burning? Treatments were good and lovely girls also enjoyed the pool
We used the new nail bar with Rachel doing our nails- she’s a credit to you ....excellent prices compared to others around We had a lovely day Thankyou 😊

Treatments were lovely, and treatment rooms immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Spa was a bit dated with some issues around cleanliness just around the pool side and sauna etc.
Also found the spa was very busy, maybe overbooked, as it was quite noisy by 2pm as more guests arrived, along with children. Wasn’t enough seating to hold the amount of people. We left at 3pm rather than 5pm due to the spa being so busy.
Overall though a lovely day.

This was my first visit to the Manor House and I’ll certai be back. Staff were very pleasant and friendly treatment staff were excellent and the addition of the new conservatory will only enhance the experience
