I really enjoyed my day at the Manor House, all the staff we encountered in both the Spa and the Restaurant/Bar were wonderful, friendly and made us feel right at home! The treatments were amazing, we enjoyed them so much we picked up two extra treatments on the day (one being nails) for amazing value! All in all a really great day, the only minor thing is the pool area itself is a bit small and there was no where to lie down, however we could see that a conservatory area was being added so that problem will be fixed for the next time we visit! Fab value for money, will be spreading the word.

We love coming here. Treatments and lunch are excellent. Pool area will be much improved once conservatory is finished. Changing rooms are in need of attention - updating and cleaning

The staff were great but the place could do with a āmakeoverā. The whole place is ādatedā and quite dirty; the shower rooms and toilets certainly are. There were far too many people in the pool area because the conservatory was closed off. There was simply not enough seating for the amount of people there. Also, the jacuzzi was full of āscumā and this is because clients were not instructed to take a shower following their treatment. The shower in the pool area was red hot and quite unbearable until a member of staff managed to fix it. Had I paid full price for my visit and not with a Groupon ticket, I would have certainly complained on the day.

Food was terrible bland and not much choice on menu who has fish starter then fish for main my treatments were great husbands not pool was slimy on the sides didn't look like it had been cleaned for a long time will not be returning
