We were running late for our treatments but went above and beyond to still fit us in

Food lovely staff lovely spa great but no disability changing rooms or disabled toilets which meant we could not have a shower before leaving. Only 2 toilets one was out of order and the other didn’t flush.

Abrupt spa reception staff think she needs some training on how to speak to people.Treatments were excellent but spa area run down and smells foisty!
