Booked a spa day as a treat for a friend with two treatments. The service from all the staff at the spa and hotel was very good. The pool wasn't huge but still good for swimming and the jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms were great and nothing was too busy to enjoy. The treatments were nice, a lovely facial and massage, the only improvement would be the back massage could've been firmer to work on my tense shoulders but I should've said during the session but was too busy trying to relax. We also had lunch and tea and scones at the end of the day which were both excellent. I'd definitely go back for another visit.

Great value spa day, this was my 2nd time here & since that time, the treatment rooms have been greatly improved. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - the only thing missing was flip flops for the walk outside to the restaurant

Although they were having work done, it was smaller than I thought & for the number of guests there it felt cramped with not enough seating area, and not being able to get into sauna room etc. It was quite dirty on steps upto changing room & changing rooms were not very clean, dust etc & build up of dirt around door frames & lockers. Back massage was relaxing however not hard enough despite asking for more pressure. Would not return.

Love the Manor but feel special deal clients get better value than members. I. E they get robes and towels , cheaper treatments etc
