A nice experience. A little bit more background music throughout the hotel would have given a nice ambience.
It woukd have been nice to know in advance that refurbishment was taking place in the pool area.
But in all a nice relaxed atmosphere.

5 of us had a really enjoyable day at the spa. Certainly good value for money. Lunch very good & drinks not too expensive. LimitedStaff very attentive & timings organised really well. Looking forward to our next visit

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a very relaxing experience - very busy, not a lot of room and limited places to sit. Spa facilities, showers and changing rooms all appeared relatively unclean. Steam room, in particular, smelled peculiar and seats were gritty. Treatments were ok, and staff were all very helpful and professional.
