Lovely staff & ambiance, very good value. Towels a little 'well-used', could be improved. In restaurant, wine was not cold enough & coffee not hot enough! - but a most enjoyable day.

We had a lovely relaxing day and lunch. The staff are very nice and helpful. The place itself was a little cramped and also dated. The massage table was very worn and could do with replacing and changing rooms quite dirty. Lovely gardens which helped us to relax.

30 minute treatment actually only took 15 minutes by the time we got taken to the room and the therapist got the products ready very disappointed unfortunateltly
