This was my 4 th visit and just as relaxing and enjoyable as previously. The staff in the spa and in the hotel at lunch were friendly and accommodating and the girls who performed our treatments were especially good.Perhaps more seating and tables would be useful as it was very busy but we sat outside some of the time as the weather was warm . It was my sisters first visit and she loved it . We will be back!

Had a great day. Pool and spa area was lovely. The lady who performed my treatments was lovely so easy going and made you feel relaxed. The only quarm was the gym area and the changing rooms and back area looked very tired and shabby.

The stay was a pleasant one, lovely building and history. Spa facilities were average, a little cramped. Staff were very helpful and friendly, food was good.
