After a short wait for someone at the spa reception, we had lunch before treatment. Lunch was fantastic and a good value. Treatments were super, with the staff very polite and friendly. Only downsides were lack of seating by the pool(which wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't raining, as there was a balcony to sit on if the weathers dry) and some areas were a bit tired and an out of order shower. Having said that, we will still come again.

visited earlier this week..
bad points... towel had a hole in it, the dressing gown had a pocket hanging off. I asked for these to be exchanged (really they should have been binned at this point so it was not good later to see another guest in that robe!!)
we pre-ordered lunch for 12.30 (2 jacket potatoes) although seated at 12.30 we did not get these til 1 and the place was really not busy
Jacuzzi and steam room too small and the area where these facilities are soon feels too busy despite there not being that many guests
positives... All staff we came into contact with were polite and very helpful.. I had the best ever back and indian head massage and the girl who did it was lovely, down to earth and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
the place was clean and no problems with parking etc
overall had a nice day but don't think I will be back

I went with family of 4 women to celebrate my niece getting married in a few weeks.Had a super day. Staff very helpful n pleasant. We all had 2 treatments and therapists were excellent. Couldn't have been better. A very special pre -wedding experience.

First visit to a spa and was thrilled with my experience. A beautiful place in gorgeous surroundings . Spa was lovely just pretty small and it was very busy. Thoroughly enjoyed our day though and would recommend to others .
