I think I would have enjoyed my stay more if there had been more seats/beds to relax on (only 2 loungers) and there was quite a few people using facilities. Also a group of women stayed in the jacuzzi for a very long time preventing others to use it - maybe put a time limit on to stay in tub!?!
The massage was ok - the beautician had a good technique but I could tell she was in a hurry and it was 'just a job' to her ; Ive had a better experience there in the past. The whole spa could do with a good clean (esp jacuzzi) and update! The staff were lovely

My treatment which was back neck and shoulder massage was absolutely amazing, however I felt a bit robbed as it was a 25 minute treatment which started 5 minutes late by the time I filled out paperwork for me and my daughter and I was up and fully dressed again 10 minutes before it should have ended which means I actually only got little over 15 minutes. It was so nice as well so that extra 10 minutes would have made it perfect.

Overall a good stay, shame the restaurant and room service close at 9pm and only a bag of crisps available after. Restaurant could do with a deep clean, spa was fab,very relaxing.
