Great treatments and lovely staff. My included meal was excellent.
My only dissatisfaction was in terms of overcrowding - not enough seats for people on their own- and seats being reserved with towels and robes (surely these should be hung?).
The robes themselves were somewhat worn and I was not advised prior to arrival that a deposit would be required for the robe.
The spa itself I like, though it is small and less luxurious than many of its counterparts.
Would I recommend? For convenience and cost, yes. For something special, I would probably be disappointed if my partner surprised me with this rather than elsewhere.

We had a really lovely afternoon at the Spa, it's not over priced although still feels quite indulgent.
I think a choice in the oils or products used would be nice for the massages but appart from that it was good for the price.

Spa is small but everything is there; nice outdoor space if the weather is right. Only criticisms are the lack of loungers in pool and reception area; this would have made it a more relaxing experience. Also, the decor is a bit tired. We struggled to find staff in the main hotel but on the whole they were all very pleasant and accommodating.

In terms of value it was ok but only because we had a living social deal. The building is lovely unfortunately needs some tlc. Majority of drawers couldn't be used either because handles missing or pulled out when opened. Used towels folded back up for 2nd day use. We were woken early both mornings by banging doors assume this was spa staff as spa rooms directly opposite. Staff in restaurant pleasant - receptionist very stern. Food in restaurant good both for Eve meal and breakfast. We had an inclusive massage only 20 mins and ok. Spa packed with no where to sit - certainly not relaxing. Pub opposite - Eden Arms - food excellent and good value.
