Lovely visit with my sister in law and mum for mums 60th. Lunch, two treatments and use of facilities. Wpuld highly recommended

Dated spa and facilities in need of refurbishment. Towels and robes were a bit grey looking and no slippers/footwear were supplied. There is a pool, sauna and steam room but that is all. The young girl therapists were nice enough and the treatments pleasant. Overall it was a nice way to spend a bleak February Sunday afternoon and as it also included lunch it was good value for money for what we paid on a Wowcher deal. I wouldn't however, have liked to have paid full price and wont be looking to return. There are far better spas to choose from but at the end of the day the saying is right.......you just get what you pay for.

The spa complex was lovely. The pool was the perfect temperature if a tad small. Everywhere was clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. Shame there was only 2 loungers and the rest chairs but due to space constrain v the number of people don't think that could be changed.
My massage was the worse I've ever had. Being a therapist myself yes I can be picky and I know that beauty therapist's are not given the indepth train in for massage we are. That said I've had some lively beauty massages. This was defo not one of them. The therapist herself was lovely just the actual massage that was not. I couldn't wait for it to end. The strokes were rushed n not relaxing with no real variation, other than the muscles running up the side of my spine I think she forgot there were others that need attention plus I felt like my skin was being catched to pieces. How ive not ended up with deep gouges in my back I'll never know. If this had been my first ever massage I'd never want another.
