Spa area to busy,not enough seats or beds. Unable to get in hot tub for people staying in for long periods. Didn't feel relaxed because it was overcrowded. Staff were lovely.

Had a fab time, was quite busy & facilities aren't that big but didn't make too much of a difference. Treatments were great just a little short of the 50 minutes they were meant to last.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the service was excellent.The only thing I would have liked was for the jacuzzi to have worked, as I can't swim and looked forward to using it.
