This was good value for money but it wasn't in anyway luxurious. There were too many people in the small pool/steam room/sauna area, jacuzzi wasn't working. The meal was lovely and definitely the best part, it was really tasty! The treatments wer ok but the room was shabby, the doors clattered the whole way through and the same cd repeated over and over. The girl my boyfriend had as a therapist looked like she hadn't even brushed her hair.

Enjoyed my spa day but floors we grubby could of done with a good scrub and dissapointed the jacuzzi wasnt working as my elderly mother came with me and couldnt use the sauna or steam room so only had the use of the pool really but overall the day was a nive relaxing on great treatments great food and very helpful staff thank you jx

We loved our stay. However it took a little while for staff to see to us each time we needed help or had any questions. Spa treatments didn't last as long as they were meant to. Meant to be half hour I was gone for 15 minutes including walks to and from the spa area. Could have been a little better for service. Thanks

Poor finish touches, spa dark with awful dark wall not enough seats. Wax machine broken. Our room spelt of petrol, had a wonky tap which screamed when used. Had to ask for headboard s to be vacuumed as so dust. Hotel in general tied but staff very nice

Very busy when arrived and couldn't get a place to sit or get in jacuzzi. Soup at lunch was cold and then chicken was too tough and inedible. Therapist was obviously having a bad day, not even a smile and as a result of trying to get knots out my back I have two bruises as she obviously wasn't using the correct technique. Been before and really enjoyed it but won't go back now.
