Very welcoming, relaxing and friendly. Not really plenty of loungers round the pool for the amount of people. Great lunch. Wonderful massage and facial.

Had a lovely back massage, the 20 minutes flew by!
The music was a bit too loud in my treatment room although I understand it was to probablly take away some noise from the pool area.
Neat, clean ladies changing facilities.
Nice reception staff to give directions &always someone there if you need help.
Relaxing atmosphere poolside, warm &plenty of seats to choose from.
Pool is a good temperature, as is jacuzzi &steamroom. Fluffy fleace robes were a treat!

Clean and basic facilities. Staff seemed very young and inexperienced. Many little issues that you wouldn't expect from staff with experience. Spilt drinks, no apologies, wrong orders, not asking how things would be liked cooked e.g. Meats and eggs etc. spa treatments were ok considering low price but all seemed a little unprofessional. Almost like being in a shed where others had to walk through to get to other treatment rooms. Calming music ineffective as staff made so much noise with other things, and massage was poor after asking for a firm massage, was very poor and should have had much more pressure applied. Not bad for the money paid but little changes would make a big difference.
