Food was delicious but voucher included a glass of prosecco which never arrived. my treatments were booked in 6pm-7pm for a massage and facial then I paid extra for a deluxe 1hour pedicure 7pm-8pm. I took a screen shot of the time on my phone and was actually back in changing room at 7-35 pm with pedicure which I felt was only half done

The only moan was that it was a bit like a conveyor belt. Minimum talk, did what had to be done and out again. We had a room in the coach house and the loud music and talking in the corridor was annoying especially as there is a sign up for us to keep quiet

My massage was incredible. The staff were lovely we couldn't fault them! However the place wasn't very well kept and the cutlery and glasses were very very unclean. There was mould in the bottom of our water jug it looked like it had previously been used as a vase. For the price we paid we can't complain though.

For the price the spa day was really worth the money. Treatment was great, staff were really friendly and helpful. Lunch was great too. The only downside was there were no pool slippers provided and I didn't take any so had to work around in bear feet. Could also benefit from more chairs/loungers around the pool as on the day we visited was quite busy and not enough room for people to sit without sharing with strangers
