Hotel is slightly dated. We got an upgraded room which was nice. Staff didn't know what a mocha was when we asked for one from the menu. Overall you get what you pay for in life.

Hello I have used many spas worldwide so have a little bit experience.All the staff were polite and friendly but the spa seemed overbooked with lack of seating areas ,no slippers were provided and the massage that both myself and husband received was below average ( this spa staff appeared very young ?? Fully qualified).I had a similar experience at a 4 star hotel and I think it's the wowcher/groupon deals that seem to reduce quality.Still a nice weekend break

A really nice break. Couple of nights in the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfy. Spa clean and treatments were great. Would recommend and visit again.
