Brilliant excellent staff the best massage I ever had , very good food would go back anytime very impressed
The spa it’s self looks in need of a good clean,steam room wasnt working properly & looked in clean inside, hot tub was full of foam pouring out, this is not normal for hot tub/jacuzzi I have one and it didn’t do that, ppl walking round pool area with shoes on is a dedicate no no need to gave a strict no outdoor footwear policy, see dirt on the floors then ppl going in pool etc made me feel quite cringe:( therapist for our treatments was lovely, quite inexperienced but she did a good job the treatment rooms were nice and clean & newly renovated,food was lovely plenty of and good value for money, needs to be more snacks to buy Roy d pool, like fruit platter etc or healthy options not just chocolate and crisps.

In a word superb...far better than I imagined, the staff, food, facilities, treatments were all excellent, the chef and restaurant staff went above and beyond to help us, the treatments were out of this world .will definitely be coming back. Thank you
Enjoyable day place just needs an upgrade looking rather shabby , the food makes the venue
