I enjoyed my visit although at times it was a bit busy and you had to wait to use some facilities. There was also a rule about leaving towels on the loungers but people still did it and you didn't want to get in an issues so just sat in a chair. In the restaurant I had a nice meal although timing was initially an issue with my main coming out minutes after my starter for then another staff member to take it back while I finished my soup. Then in my main there was some strong left on the pork. The staff were all nice but the treatments was the highlight for me

A little annoying people seemed to claim sunbeds for the day even when not using them. Leaving a towel or book on it does not give you the right to comendere it for the whole day.
Came for a birthday treat for my husband. The staff are all great and helpful. The facilities around the pool are in a serious need of renovating. More loungers in the conservatory area would also be an advantage. Nice meal. Good value for money.
Staff were very friendly & helpful throughout.. facilities were good. I think the whole place would benefit from a make over but that didn’t effect our day. I would like to have been informed that we were not to be provided with slippers as it has been advised at other spas whether this was provided or not this meant we were walking around bare foot & caused concern when going for our meal as we had to go outdoors. However was still an enjoyable day.
