Waited an hour for our starters to be served in the restaurant, even though they were pate and salad! Mainly due to lack of serving staff. Knocked us late for treatments, so had to reconfigure treatment times. I had a sugar body polish, which only went up to my knees and didn't include my neck/ upper chest. The therapist then cut her finger and was considering continuing with my facial was a bleeding finger. Thankfully she decided to get it treated and another therapist came in.

I really enjoyed the whole day my treatments were both very relaxing the spa was nice and i enjoyed the lunch
Lovely day, sorry to see that my back massage was not an Incluesive treatment.
Had a night here it was so relaxing breakfast was fantastic .we enjoyed the spa had two treatments the staff was so lovely and we ill be back .
