Great stay and spa great,staff very friendly nice and clean ,will definitely be back.
Had a great day out worth the money food was lovely and beauty staff very friendly although the spa area and changing rooms could do with some work to get back in condition with the rest of the place.

Staff were very nice and the lunch and treatments were good for what we paid, however it was way to overcrowded so couldn’t use any of the facilities . The idea of a spa is to relax my daughter and I ended up sat on an uncomfortable chair for the duration as all the beds were either being used or had towels on them so we sat and waited until 5.30 for our treatments then left, won’t be coming back
Staff were absolutely lovely but steam room and sauna a bit small, pool cold and no lounge beds available as people had left towels on them. There was 6 beds vacant with towels on for 1 and a half hours.
Very enjoyable day . Lunch at excellent . Getting into whirlpool spa difficult due to a degree of arthritis small step would make all the difference .
