A little disappointed that you can’t have alcohol in the spa not even at the seated area
The spa it’self was nice, could have been a bit cleaner as there was a lot of hair on the floor by our loungers which was a bit disgusting. We were a bit neglected a lunch, you use to preorder but it was in a different restaurant and it felt as if we were put in the corridor and forgotten about. We didn’t get a drink for 25 mins. However when the food finally came it was really nice and a good value for money. I had 3 treatments, both my massages were great but I got a file and polish which was dreadful. My nails were nicer they way I’d done them before I went in! As I had a late appointment I couldn’t dare tell the beautician how bad they were, I sent pictures to my friends and they couldn’t believe how bad they were. Minus my nails, £39 for the whole day was really good and relaxing, the new terrace is really nice and I’d like to come again in summer and just avoid getting my nails done.
We have been here several times. We get very good value for money. The treatments are as good as anywhere. Changing rooms in need of some TLC
Spent a lovely afternoon at the manor house spa. Enjoyed our treatments and afternoon tea. Staff were friendly and helpful.
