Very pleasant staff, very friendly. Found the conservatory very warm with no way of opening a window or anything to cool it down. Noticed that there was air con but reluctant to put it on. Perhaps staff could ask every so often if the temp is ok with customers. The £5 off lunch was better, than full lunch, so I could pick exactly how much I wanted. Overall had a great time and look forward to spending another day soon.

Staff could be more obliging on reception. Stayed in room 29 unfortunately the floor is un level and whilst trying to open the top draw on the large set of draws the leg fell off and collapsed on to me with a hot kettle spilling all over me. Staff just said they would replace the draws!!!! Nothing to assist with the injury. Will be taking this further with the hotel chain
Enjoyed the day but one or two things spoilt it , firstly I was taken for a massage and the bed and towels on the bed were soaking wet someone had obviously been on the bed and it hadn’t been changed , I had to ask for it to be changed , and secondly when we went for our lunch there was no staff available and after 15 minutes I eventually m Ickes in the kitchen door to ask if there was anyone available to serve us . This was a little disappointing as I have been before and everything was spot on last time

As usual a fabulous visit. The steam room was out of order which was a shame. Food is fantastic and staff are excellent. Checking the toilets more regularly would benefit the spa. Overall an excellent visit and fantastic value.
