Treatments were nice but the treatment beds weren’t very clean. Towels and robes are old and very rough. The floors weren’t very clean. Jacuzzi wasn’t working. We had afternoon tea in the restaurant which was amazing.
I took my sister with me and we had a lovely day we just chilled out, all the staff were very professional and our treatments were 1st class , our food in the restaurant was lovely, we would love to come back again , thank you.
When booking the treatment we were told we culd your the leisure facilities in with the price we were told we could use from 9 til 9 ovishly we weren’t as only would sodas one hour but when arriving we were told there was a charge of £20 we paided but the person on your end told rong information. What if we hadn’t brought cash apart from that really enjoyed
The facilities were dirty and very run down. Particularly the changing area and the pool area. Whilst the staff were friendly and they accommodated my dietary requirements, the food was over cooked and over priced for what it was. My massages was very ineffective with little pressure and the products used on the facial were poor quality. When the therapist removed the exfoliator from my face she didn’t do it thoroughly so there were bits of it left all over my face. We wont be back!

The changing rooms need updating maybe some private rooms to change in & also offer complimentary gifts for occasions.staff were lovely well mannered.food was a bit dry roasties were hard but would definately recommend.😀
