The staff were pleasant but the spa is really run down. There’s rust and cracks everywhere. We went for a spa day at 9am on a Saturday morning and within 10minutes it was full of rowdy men doing cannonballs in the pool.
The changing rooms are more run down than an old school. The shower head was hanging down. And the towel they provide is the size of a dish cloth.
We ordered from the ‘selection’ of speciality teas, to be offered the choice of 1 apple tea, and 1 pomegranate tea.
Very friendly staff made us feel very welcome.

Lady who checked us in was so helpful and friendly. Spa area is basic and could do with a lick of paint/minor maintenance but we really loved it and felt relaxed. Food was really good. Treatments were nice and got some upgrades for a good price. Everywhere was clean except the toilets near the restaurant, these were awful, not what I wanted after I'd eaten. Took ages to get served at the bar, there were staff stood having a meeting who ignored us even when we rang the bell twice. But overall go
