I booked this needing a relaxing break, and got exactly what I needed. No complaints at all, everything was first class.
The venue was lovely, and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. However, my daughters and I had the back neck and shoulder massage, which was meant to take 30 mins. but I was out about 7 mins. before my time was up. Other than that small detail, the overall experience was lovely and relaxing.
Can not recommend this spa break enough. From start to finish we felt utterly spoilt, relaxed and well pampered. I am already planning my next visit.
Lovely location. Staff very friendly, leisure & spa facilities fab!!! Would definitely return again.
Great for girls overnight or romantic overnight with hubby.
Fantastic highly recommend spa was very relaxing and facilities were great was upgraded to executive suite on arrival very happy
