A pleasant afternoon out - the overall experience not as enjoyable as a previous visit but still not bad. Staff friendly. Changing room,facilities and the treatment room could have done with some additional cleaning. Smell of a blocked drain in the shower area.
Staff really nice. Disappointing misleading description on Treatwell - Man & Ped was actually only a file & polish. Second treatment of massage was cut by half the time due to over-run. Feel very short changed.
our stay was amazing and we loved the spa facilities. Some of the group did receive a better treatment than others. For example when getting a back massage some weren’t told to put their hands by their sides but others were. Overall though the weekend was amazing
Beautiful views and a lovely hotel. Spa treatments were excellent. The spa facilities are a bit tired and in need of an overhaul but I would still come back
gorgeous spa, lovely room & amazing treatments. The hydro pool and relaxation room were amazing, we'll be back!
