Really lovely spa facilities, and the deep tissue massage was fantastic. Looking forward to returning.
My daughter and I visited the McDonald for a spa overnight. Hotel is lovely although room slightly smaller than I have had before, food great and the spa is great too. The treatments were excellent, weather was fantastic so spent ages in the outdoor bubble pool. Would recommend the overall experience.
A small amount of confusion with my booking initially left me nervous about our stay. However, staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and communicative and our stay really couldn't have been any better. Beautiful, spacious, clean room with fantastic views out to sea, delicious breakfast and luxurious spa facilities including well informed therapist providing relaxing treatments meant we really didn't want to leave.
While a spa break at the Macdonald Marine isn't cheap, it is incredibly good value and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a pampering, peaceful and relaxing spa break.
