The Rasul Mud Treatment was fantastic, my skin still feels soft and smooth a week later! All the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great day out and will definitely be back!
Lovely day, enjoyed the spa facilities. Mud Rasul was an unbelievably small amount of the mud to cover your entire body in. We were taken into the room in total darkness apart from a couple of candles in the room, couldn't find a light switch and couldn't see the controls in the shower when it came to rinsing off the salt scrub. Very odd. Have had this treatment at another venue and it was brilliant but this one was not so good. Every treatment is followed by 'refreshments' which is basically a glass of water with a slice of lime in it! Was sick of the stuff by the end of the day. We had a lovely half hour laying on loungers outside in the sun. We both had half hour facials and hour treatment involving scrub and then lavishing in rose oil and wrapping in towels whilst enjoying a head massage. Very relaxing. In fact so relaxing I was wiped out when I got home lol.
Absolutely appalling! We paid for the couples retreat package, we had our massages in separate rooms, we only received one of the treatments although we had paid full price for all treatments because they had stopped doing the package we had purchased. There was no communication between staff members! One member told us that we had another treatment at 16.30, it took half an hour of us waiting for the treatment when we asked about it and was told we only had one treatment and no more room to fit us in! I wouldn't recommend this package at all. The spa its self was lovely but this was such a massive let down
Lovley relaxing atmosphere! Totally chilled.Swimming pool was nice and cool ,so it was an nice welcome after being in a variety of steam and sauna rooms.
Had a lovely day with my friend as a birthday treat. Food was nice everywhere really clean and the back massage was out of this world. Loved every minute of it
