Beautiful venue on approach. Nice welcome at the reception desk. The facilities are in excellent condition and are very clean. There was a mix up with our booking. Staff seemed confused about their own deals and those they offer through Wahanda. Spa Director not helpful at all. Also did not get the two course meal as we should have through Wahanda deal, got a barbeque instead which I am sure was of much less value. Would not visit again. Aesthetics far outweigh the service at Mere.
Everyone looked after to us, was very professional and friendly. The wet/pool area is a great design. The products Aromatherapy Associates are very good and I have bought some since. Loved the map you get to help you locate the different areas.
What a fabulous place, i loved it and can't wait to go again. I had a facial and a fish pedicure.The ambience was very relaxing and the staff were helpful and plentiful. I especially recommend the relaxation room.
