Had a lovely day, a very calm an soothing atomosphere upon entering the spa.

This was a lovely spa day. However, the 25 minute treatment started ten minutes late, so was only 15 minutes which is far too short. When I mentioned this to the therapist, she apologised and said she would inform the manager, who then gave me some travel sized samples, but to be honest, I would much rather have had a full 25 minute treatment, it's a shame because everything else at the Mere was great.

A lovely day! Great facial and lovely atmosphere. Such a shame the relaxation room is near the pool where is it very loud!

We visited the Mere for my mums birthday, she handnt been for a spa day and she absolutely loved it! Will definltey be returning.
