Massages were lovely, much effort put on here we both felt really relaxed afterwards. The facilities were all very nice. Not sure about the tray-bake for breakfast, not really chocolate caramel breakfast people. We had to ask to get the "breakfast" and was not offered any bubbles as the offer stated. Little bit disappointing in this area. Overall a lovely experience.
Lovely location, very nice spa. Only complaint is that the massage was actually 35 mins not 45 mins and hotel room and bed very small.
A lovely venue and friendly staff, however the location of the treatment sat in front of the spa reception meant that there were lots of people going past, so it wasn't as calm as it could have been.
Waited in the reception area. Not great magazine collection and staff were talking loudly. My therapist was very friendly. There was a mix up with what treatment she thought I was having, so she told me all about the wrong facial at first before the mix up was realised. Was meant to last for an hour & 10/15 minutes but lasted an hour. Despite this, my skin looked really nice and I felt relaxed. Overall, a nice treatment and would go again. I didn't use the spa ( not sure if I could) but it look really nice with decent changing facilities.
