I waited over an hour until I was actually even served and if I hadn't already prepaid for my appointment then I would have left. Then I wasn't even really asked what I wanted done to my hair or what colour I wanted it to be changed to, the hairdresser just assumed... Also the atmosphere was so cold and I would never go there again. I would definitely not recommend it.
