It took 2 hours to do gel nails and toes, making me late for another appointment. Ellie was checking her phone half of the time and clearly not interested in her job or providing good customer service.
The nails look messy, already chipped after 4 days. I had to refile them myself and the gel polish has leaked onto my cuticles. It looks like a 5 year old has done it!
I needed to leave to get to another appointment otherwise I would have asked her to do it all again!
