I never leave bad reviews but this was one of the most bizarre and bad experiences I have had- my booking was double booked and after a very confusing exchange I was told to wait, which ended up being for over an hour. I then had the treatment in a therapy room as all the regular rooms were full. When I was finally finished and ready to go home I was told I would need to walk 20 minutes to get cash out (after not telling me anywhere that she did not except card, and not advising me to go to an ATM while I was waiting for the hour) she then did not have change to give me, hinting that I should leave the extra £5 and when I did not she walked to a corner shop with me to get change... the treatment itself was okay but the experience was dreadful.
Still waiting for my refund as the therapist was on holiday, and neither the salon nor Treatwell let me know. Even more frustrating is that the receptionist said I was not the first. If they knew this was an issue, why did the salon and Treatwell do nothing? Gave three stars because it seems unfair to give one, but I'm unhappy I wasn't even contacted and 5 days later, have yet to receive a refund.
