The venue was nice and my therapist was really friendly but she wasn’t expecting to give me a facial and said waxing was her area of expertise.

Coco is the real Queen of Sugaring! She knows her stuff and is the best at making you feel comfortable while doing this. I can’t recommend her enough. If you want an amazing sugaring experience, come to Coco!!

I turned up and the salon was closed and I still haven’t been contacted about my refund. Not very impressed!

I wanted to write a positive review - but unfortunately I won’t be able to. After my treatment I noticed there were patches of hair that hadn’t been removed (I’m fair so couldn’t see in the dimly lit room). I reached out to Koko to try and rearrange & after a few messages she eventually got back to me saying I could come back. I asked when is good for her and she never got back to me. Messaged again and still no response. It’s a shame as you’ve lost what would have been, a very loyal customer.
