Therapist koko didn't even show up to her client. Very UNprofessional. Called many times emailed texted even the receptionist tried to contact her nothing. Not even an apology. I've wasted 3 journeys to get there for nothing coming from the other side of London. Not good at all!

It's always lovely to be sugared by Koko, she is warm, friendly and efficient. She does it in small bits which makes it painless and also rubs real aloe vera (not the packaged type) on your skin right after which makes it incredibly soothing and calming.
