I came across Koko's sugaring service from a search result after desperately seeking somewhere that does sugaring in London.. As soon as i met Koko she put me at ease with her courteous easygoing attitude and wise aura about her. She completely distracted me from any pain (so much less painful than normal waxing) with great conversation. She works incredibly fast yet she's still very precise and gets you COMPLETELY HAIRLESS AND SMOOTH with no bumps or much redness. I love that she uses Aloe Vera leaf on the skin after waxing it's a wonderful change after previous salons would slather thick creams that clogged pores on my skin and Aloe really does wonders! Im completely hooked. Never going anywhere else, i'm telling everyone about Koko the sugaring queen. Im so happy that i found you THANKYOU KOKO <3 x

Sugaring is awesome, I will definitely continue with it rather than waxing, completely different, no ingrown hairs, skin is so soft after the treatment, brilliant. Would highly recommend.
I didn't love The Sugaring Wax Bar though, so I will seek treatment elsewhere. To be honest she was a bit sassy and pushy, and the cleanliness seemed fine at the start but I left with doubts. To be frank, considering my lady parts had been sat on the bench with no undies on, I'd expect it to be cleaned with a little anti-bac between customers. She didn't clean down the bench after I got up, and just rolled out the next tissue cover (not exactly a hygienic cover, as it breaks as soon as you climb onto it or move around) for it to be ready for the next customer. As an infection control specialist, I was a little uneasy with this, and I won't be back...

I got sugared by Koko and was very pleased with the result and her. Koko is passionate about what she does, explained a lot about it and was overall a very warm person that made time go by so fast you didn't even realise all hair was already gone!! I would never go back to anything else than sugaring! She gave me a student's discount and is genuinely interested in your feedback. Thumbs up! A must visit.

Koko was warm and welcoming with a lot of knowledge and passion for sugaring. The Salon was smart and professional. The treatment was thorough and quick. I can’t recommend sugaring and Koko enough!

Highly recommend Koko and her expertise and care. She really is the sugaring queen! I had way less irritation afterwards and it was probably the least painful sugaring I've ever had. Just be aware if you're going for Hollywood that the bum isn't included (this was new to me).
