Mihaela was lovely and talked me through everything she was doing. I opted for a dry cut and it was just what I wanted - a quick, no frills haircut that was super affordable.

I feel bad making a complaint as Mihaela was very nice but I'm pretty sure I now have a toe infection from this pedicure.
The salon was very dirty and messy, in hindsight, I shouldn't have stayed for my appointment but I didn't want to be rude and cancel.
I've now had to book an appointment for the doctors.
I'm sorry to leave a bad review but I'm really disappointed.

Mihaela was very welcoming and enthusiastic when we arrived for our trim, she offered lots of tips on how to increase hair volume and explained the different ways to tackle split ends. We were both very happy with our hair cuts.
